NOTICE OF POLICY

Tidewater Conventions Inc. does not permit interviews of celebrity guests during any of our events unless prior written authorization has been granted by Tidewater Conventions Inc.

This policy applies to all attendees, vendors, media representatives, content creators, podcasters, photographers, and other individuals or organizations.

Celebrity guests are attending to meet fans, participate in scheduled programming, and conduct approved convention activities. Please respect their time, privacy, and contractual obligations.

No on-site interviews may be conducted without prior approval from Tidewater Conventions Inc.
